Battery Aluminum Foil

Battery aluminum foil is a material used in the lithium-ion battery industry and is mainly used in the production of positive electrode collectors. Its thickness usually ranges from 10 to 50 microns. Commonly used pure aluminum foil for lithium batteries has various alloy grades such as 1060, 1050, 1145, 1235, etc., and has -O, H14, -H24, -H22, -H18 and other states. The surface of the battery aluminum foil has no color difference, no oil, no serious oil smell, and no oil spots visible to the naked eye. The surface tension should meet the requirement of not less than 32 dynes in the dyne pen test. In appearance, the aluminum foil roll must be wound with moderate tightness, the end face should be flat and clean, the edges should be smooth, and the roll misalignment should not exceed ±1.0mm.
